The launch of the Nanotek Boutique was all about delivering an innovative tobacco product. The innovation came through in the format of the product - a modern smoking experience (again that's linked to the format), and a more premium brand for the Kent consumer, to evaluate the whole KENT Brand.

The Kent boutique was something that was recommended to us by the launch approach supplied by our head office in London.

BOO! media had been a great partner from the "get go". We first approached BOO! about 5 weeks before we wanted the boutique set up and in position for us to run with, and BOO! media, again, through their understanding of our need and what we wanted to deliver to a consumer and being able to transfer that need onto the designers (IDG), did a fantastic job. We managed to put this thing down in 5 weeks, from scratch; the guys had absolutely nothing to work with.

Promoters were clearly chosen for a specific reason. They were able to communicate the message to the consumer. What BOO! did in terms of recruiting the promoters, really spoke to the way they understood our brief and high levels of professionalism that they applied in choosing their staff."
